Engagement Terms and conditions
1. Services

GRJ Accounting & Bookkeeping ("we", "us", "our") agrees to provide the services ("Services") outlined in the engagement letter and any subsequent service orders, statements of work, or service descriptions. Our services will be performed in accordance with the professional standards applicable to such services.

2. Client Responsibilities
​
You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of the Services in a timely manner. You also agree to cooperate with us in the performance of the Services and to make available to us such facilities, resources, and personnel as we reasonably require.

3. Fees and Payment
​
Fees for our Services will be set out in our engagement letter or as otherwise agreed in writing. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest and collection costs.

4. Confidentiality
​
We will maintain the confidentiality of all information you provide to us and will use such information solely for the purpose of providing the Services. This obligation of confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available or that we are required to disclose by law or professional standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of this engagement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid to us for the Services from which the claim arose.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this engagement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will be obligated to pay us for all Services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
8. Acceptance
Your request for us to perform the Services, or your use of the Services, constitutes your acceptance of these Engagement Terms and Conditions.
